◆Overview:The product is composed of a rotor drinking water transmitting base meter, a ball valve (pilot valve), a prepaid circuit and a terminal manager (charging system).The water meter is the meter that is used to meter the total volume of cold (hot) water in the tape water fully charged closed pipe.It can realize prepayment automation and intelligent management. It is an ideal metering and charging instrument of tap water companies and real estate and property management companies for modern management.
◆Performance characteristics:
☆The prepaid function requires users to pay first before use of the product.
☆The meter is vertical and can be installed on a vertical pipeline.
☆One meter one card function: the user card newly issued is inserted into a new meter, and the meter can automatically recognize it and save the only code in the card so as to prevent illegal use of the card.
☆Low-voltage detection: when the voltage of a battery is lower than the preset voltage, a motor well will be closed and display “battery change”.
☆Prompt of water shortage: when the water volume shown in the meter is less than the preset water volume, a valve will be automatically closed and remind users of purchasing water. At the moment, users can insert user cards into the meter to open the valve again and continue to use the remaining water.
☆Automatic maintenance function: the valve is opened and closed automatically once every 15 days so as to prevent scaling of the valve and activate a battery.
☆Magnetic protection function: when a strong magnetic device gets close, the meter will display “alarm” and its valve will be closed.
☆Display reservation of mechanical digital code wheel: the whole meter has a mechanical electronic dual-display function.
☆Differential pricing can be realized.
◆Working conditions:
☆Water pressure:No more than 1.0MPa(10bar)
☆Water temperature: Cold water meter 0.1℃~50℃ Hot water meter 0.1℃~90℃
◆Indication Error:
a.The maximum permissible error in the low zone from the minimum flow inclusive to transitional flow exclusive is ±5%.
b.The maximum permissible error in the high zone from transitional flow inclusive to overload flow inclusive is ±2%, and is ±3% for a hot water meter.
